About the role

• Experienced payroll professional. Develops, reviews, and manages procedures for payroll operations. Provides support and analysis for payroll activities and reports. Responsible for researching issues, making recommendations, and responding to low to medium complexity queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll SPOC for CARL
• Supports daily operations and develops procedures to provide quality and efficient payroll operations.
• Analyzes and supports the regular disbursement of payroll, processing of all pay data, maintenance of payroll records and internal control activities to ensure accuracy and timely completion of payroll activities.
• Supports preparation of regular reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Researches payroll issues, provides analysis and makes recommendations to management.
