About the role

Execute Master Data processing in compliance with control policies. Actively contribute to continuous process improvement. Drive accurate Master Data management.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in master data, understanding PTP and OTC process and master data management
• Intermediate Excel skills, exposure to S4 and Ariba preferred
• Advanced English is mandatory, other European language as an advantage
• Good communication skills, willing to learn and grow
• Self-motivated individual with strong attention to details
• University degree

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance, CRM, and Data systems, operate on a proactive / scheduled basis, operate on a reactive basis, and allow the CBS to be flexible to stakeholder demand
• Maintain Master Data through the processing of approved requests for creation, edit of the following:
  • Draft Master Data requests for review by CBS stakeholders
  • Finance / General Ledger Master Data requests for WHQ, Business Units, and the CBS
  • Support other Operational teams as business demand requires
  • Contribute to operational and strategic process improvements
• Report results and challenges on a regular basis to team members and local management
• Support PTP and OTC Process teams as business demand requires
• Comply with internal controls
