- To consult and support customer in HVAC solution, as well as products and services that meet the customer needs.
- To work closely with Owner/Consultant/Contractor to looking for bid opportunities, participates in preparation of bid responses and the
negotiation with customers.
- To build up and maintain good relationship with customers.
- To seek new projects and potential customers to increase market segment and expand business opportunities in the responsible areas.
- To prepare and conduct the product presentation/ training to Owners/ Consultants/ Contractors.
- To follow up the project stage closely to increase the win rate and achieve annual individual sales/booking target.
- To use proficient of software tool to perform equipment selection, prepare cost sheet/quotation/sales order.
- To prepare monthly job tracking reports on handling projects.
- To liaise with Logistic/Service Dept to make sure prompt product delivery and good technical service providing to customers.
- To perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
