- Competitive intelligence
- Develops and delivers reports and communications that provide competitive insights and actionable recommendations for decisions makers, regarding emerging markets, competitor news, innovative solutions, etc.
- Manages competitive intelligence from multiple sources, including the identification of new sources and management of existing database.
- Contribute or co-lead to provide analytical decoding of competitor sales performance by market, brands, product segmentation, plus financial investment and return.
- Market Analysis
- Co-manage APAC marketing database as a single source for strategic communications, provide a consolidated view of APAC market trends.
- Supporting Customer Experience
- Data Insights & Quality: Setting up a sustainable data quality improvement process.
- Culture Change & Adoption: Creating visibility around how HVAC APAC is acting on insights and implementing creative ways to motivate company-wide use of the customer insights.
- Training & Enablement: Coordinate the training effort execution to help employees embrace a customer-first mindset, covering The Carrier Way (Passion for Customers), Net Promoter System, Continuous Improvement, as well as soft skills needed for a successful Customer Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- ~2-4 years of experience in related areas of marketing, strategy etc.
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel to solve business challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills (critical thinking, creativity, innovation).
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and good business acumen.
- Good verbal & written English.
- Strong communication skills with and collaborative mindset.
- Design data methodology / approach to ensure data granularity, sufficiency, and consistency to meet APAC marketing strategy needs.
- Collaborate with regional marketing to ensure the timely updating of the database.
