Responsibilities

As a Service Planner you will be responsible for:

  • Operational activities in Service Repair (SR), Service Agreement (SA)
  • Coordination with supervisors for site inspections and planning of jobs and closing work orders
  • Planning PPM visits of Service Agreement (SA) assigned to each zone per location, Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
  • Scheduling of job execution in coordination with the Supervisor/ Customer & Sales Team
  • All SAP activities for SA & SR and attach documents in CRM on time
  • Monitoring team utilization & productivity and reported in monthly basis

Requirements

To be successful as a Service Planner you need to have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience as a dispatcher may be preferred
  • Experience minimum 2 years with SAP CRM – ECC
  • Great English and Arabic skills spoken and written

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Documentation
  • Excellent computer skills, familiar with SAP CRM and ECC
