Responsibilities:

Based out of our Findon, Adelaide branch, you will be responsible for the activities of a team of technicians across South Australia.

This will involve:

• Ensuring Technicians maintain professional standards and accreditation as required

• Assist with mentoring and training

• Maintaining a personal schedule on the tools

• Assisting in growing our customer base by identifying and following up on opportunities

• Customer liaison providing assistance where required

• Provide recommendations to customers in the use of electronic security equipment

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

• Knowledge of technology applications related to the installation of electronic equipment

• You will have significant experience in leading teams of technicians with accountability for the achievement of service excellence aligned to key metrics

• Proven ability in time management, motivation, negotiation and conflict resolution

• Strong people management, organisational and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• A high level of technical IT knowledge (preferred)

Qualification Requirements:

• Electrical Trade qualification (preferred)

• Current Security Licence (mandatory)

• Current NV1 clearance or the ability to obtain one. NB a prerequisite for this is Australian Citizenship

• Current drivers licence
