About the role

岗位职责

1. 培训课程开发：零售端产品分析，编写针对性强、内容实用的培训教材，涵盖产品特性、卖点、销售话术、竞品分析等。
2. 组织实施培训：根据业务团队培训计划，定期开展针对内部员工及经销商的线上或线下培训活动。运用多种教学方法，如课堂讲授、案例分析、实操演示等，让销售团队/经销商全面掌握产品知识，提升销售能力。
3. 培训效果评估：设计并执行培训效果评估方案，持续优化培训内容与方式，提升培训质量。
4. 销售支持：与销售团队保持密切沟通，负责市场信息收集和竞品分析等销售支持相关事项。

5.部门安排的其他工作。


任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，暖通、制冷相关专业。拥有2年及以上空调行业工作经验，有培训相关工作经验者优先，熟悉零售销售模式和客户需求。
2. 具备优秀的表达与沟通能力；熟练使用PPT等Office办公软件，拥有较强的组织协调能力，能有效安排培训活动。
3.学习能力强，能快速掌握新产品知识；具备良好的团队合作精神，工作积极主动、责任心强。

4.熟悉新媒体运营，如抖音直播等为加分项。
