About the role
角色职责:
根据月度销售规划，对接各销售端口，收集销售规划、结合历史数据、优化未来滚动预测
跟踪销售达成情况，分析偏差及波动原因，校准未来销售预测，对销售数据、采购数据、库存数据、费用数据等关键指标进行深入分析，帮助团队提升PSI精准度，协助销售团队提供SO精准度。
根据库存呆滞/短缺情况，推动各部门进行优化
BI与数据开发：利用底层数据、构建分层数据模型与主题域、并利用BI工具进行有效数据展现
跨部门协调沟通，缩短lead time
角色 目的:
- 为了适应部门发展，协助SIOP, CX等OPS等相关部门，需要较强数据分析能力的小伙伴加入，提高数据处理效率
最低要求:
全日制本科及以上学历，良好的英文听书读写能力；
3年以上计划采购、供应链计划分析相关工作经验，制造业背景优先；
熟练数据统计和分析；
熟练运用SQL、Python、Power BI 搭建数据分析模型
逻辑思维能力和分析能力较好、有较好的数字敏感性，做事有责任心。
