Operation Assistant

Role Purpose:

• This position plays a key role in supportingProduction, Material Management, and Logisticsoperations.Additionally, the position assists withvalue-added services and provides general support to theOperations team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Order Administration: Create purchase orders (POs), job orders, and specification notes.

• Data Management: Maintain and update Excel-based purchasing and logistics master data sheets.

• Product Configuration: Conduct and import product configurations using Sensitech’s software.

• Product Inspection: Verify that outgoing shipments meet productrequirements and quality standards.

• ERP Data Entry: Input and log data related to production and warehousing in the ERP system.

• Documentation: Prepare and retain logistics and quality-related documents in accordance with company standards.

• Value-Added Services: Apply stickers and labels to products as required.

• EH&S Compliance: Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) practices and guidelines.

• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Lead.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above inBusiness, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Min 3 years solid operations related experience & hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred).

• A strongteam playerwith a proactive mindset and a keen willingness to learn and grow.

• Good communication skills in English (reading and writing) & Chinese.

• Proficient incomputer applications, includingMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
