角色职责:

• Familiar with A/C refrigeration system and components, transport refrigeration related experience is preferred.
• Familiar with engineering development process, capable to hold and pass PRB (Passport Review Board) and QRB (Qualification Review Board) meeting with global team.
• Draft, track and review project plan, budget or expense and resource with Engineering supervisor.
• Participate project teams which are composed of members from PM, engineering, manufacturing, quality and sourcing, as core team member to accomplish project technical targets. Manage and monitor the progress of sample acquiring, test, ECS/limited production and qualification, make sure project will be completed on time.
• Define and communicate on qualification test plans according to products properties and perform the qualification process.
• Take charge of quality improvement and product certificate during development and after production release.
• Define and assess design changes of Global ECN, Local CAT related design proposals, perform related design changes including drawing, BOM, Manual and ECN release etc. independently.
• Take charge of technical sustaining work for product line.
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by Engineering supervisor.

最低要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in mechanical engineering or refrigeration or thermal and dynamic engineering.
• Over 3 years’ working experience in the refrigeration industry for bachelor’s degree and 1 year for master’s degree.
• Good English skill, both in written and spoken English.
• Good software skills including Pro/E, AUTO CAD and MS Offices.
