负责建立RLCS零售商业运营体系，提升：

•      Forecast准确率

•      Demand Planning能力

•      Sell-out可视化

•      Promotion ROI

•      GTM协同效率

•      跨部门商业运营能力

核心职责

1. Forecast与Demand Planning管理

•      建立全国零售Forecast整合机制

•      提升Forecast准确率与可视化

•      协调区域、渠道、产品Forecast输入

•      支撑SIOP流程与Supply Planning

•      降低库存与Supply mismatch风险

2. Retail Commercial Planning

•      协调Promotion与商业规划

•      管理Retail investment ROI

•      支撑Pricing与Product Mix分析

•      建立Sell-out经营分析机制

•      提升业务可预测性

3. GTM与跨部门协同

•      协调GTM落地节奏

•      串联Marketing、Sales、Supply Chain、Finance

•      提升跨部门商业执行效率

4. Commercial Capability Building

由于组织长期DNA偏向Project业务，目前组织培训体系主要聚焦：

•      Technical training

•      Product training

但未来零售增长需要建立：

•      Commercial mindset

•      Retail operating capability

•      Sell-out management capability

•      Channel economics understanding

•      Forecast discipline

•      GTM execution capability

Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、供应链管理、统计学、数据分析、工业工程、暖通空调及相关专业优先。MBA或具备商业运营、供应链管理相关进修背景者优先。
• 8年以上商业运营（Commercial Operations）、销售运营（Sales Operations）、需求计划（Demand Planning）、供应链协同（Supply Planning）或零售管理相关经验。
• 具备大型消费品、快消、家电、建材、暖通空调（HVAC）或零售行业经验优先。
• 具有全国性销售规划、Forecast管理、S&OP/SIOP运营经验者优先。
• 熟悉Sell-in、Sell-out运营逻辑，具备终端零售经营分析经验。
• 具备推动跨部门业务变革项目及运营体系搭建经验。
