Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

· Strategic Planning

o Develop and implement comprehensive retail sales strategies and policies in line with company goals, overseeing the execution of the sales and store playbook, promotions, and pricing strategies.

· High-Impact Strategy Execution

o Champion retail strategy deployment by orchestrating cross-regional collaboration with Retail Sales Managers, utilizing the Retail Ops Dashboard to drive accountability for branch-level execution of leads, community/decoration company coverage, sales targets(sell-in/sell-out), and inventory health.

o Transform dashboard analytics into actionable business levers, ensuring agile course correction, alignment with corporate playbooks, and sustained operational cadence

· Cross-Functional Synergy

o HR Alignment: Utilize Sales Performance Management tools to monitor performance, implement recognition systems, and address gaps via PIPs.

o Marketing Integration: Develop dealer loyalty programs and performance benchmarks with the Marketing team.

o Digital Acceleration: Partner with Sales Ops to optimize tools (e.g., Power BI) and streamline retail systems.

o Channel Optimization: Collaborate with Channel Management on store audits and development to enhance store productivity and consumer experience excellence.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are equipped with,

· Experience

o At least 8 - 10 years in sales / dealer management, with a proven track record in implementing successful retail strategies and driving performance improvements.

o Experience in the home decor industry or relevant industry is highly desirable.

· Skills

o Strong analytical skills to interpret data from the Retail Ops Dashboard and make data - driven decisions. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI is a plus.

o Excellent leadership and team - management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high - performing teams.

o Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross - functional teams and external partners.

o In - depth knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, inventory management, and store operations. Familiarity with digital retail tools and platforms is an advantage.

· Mobility

o This role may require some travel to visit retail stores, branches, and partners. The primary work location will be at the company's headquarters.
