About the role

This position is for a seasoned professional contributor in Industrial Engineering, who may manage small projects or processes to ensure overall project development coordination for the most efficient utilization of equipment and material resources Communicates with parties within and outside Industrial Engineering regarding cost control initiatives and process and systems improvements.

• 负责责任区域的布局layout规划， 设计与维护；
• 负责责任产线区域的标准工时测定，标准工时维护；
• 负责责任区域产线的标准产能设计，设备瓶颈、产能测算；
• 应用IE手法开展线平衡改善与效率提升工作。
• 负责责任区域新产线设计组织与规划实施；
• 使用精益生产、IE手法、价值流VSM等工具驱动责任区域的持续优化。
• 标准作业方法的制定与推动实施

Key Responsibilities:

• 对负责区域进行工时测定、瓶颈分析，改善措施制定；从价值流角度驱动负责区域的持续改善；负责责任区域的布局layout规划， 设计与维护；

• 负责责任产线区域的标准工时测定，标准工时维护；

• 负责责任区域产线的标准产能设计，设备瓶颈、产能测算；

• 应用IE手法开展线平衡改善与效率提升工作。

• 负责责任区域新产线设计组织与规划实施；

• 使用精益生产、IE手法、价值流VSM等工具驱动责任区域的持续优化。

• 标准作业方法的制定与推动实施

• 负责开利卓越文化推进，负责开利卓越工具在业务流程、变革中使用；

• 负责工厂组织人员能力提升计划跟进与落地。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience

OR

An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
