About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Assistance:

    Provide telephone and email support to customers, field technicians, and sales teams on HVAC and building control systems. Remote configuration, and operation of Carrier equipment and related control systems.

    为客户、现场技术人员及销售团队,提供关于暖通空调(HVAC)及楼宇控制系统的电话与邮件支持;负责开利(Carrier)设备及相关控制系统的远程配置与操作。

  • System Monitoring:

    Utilize advanced platforms such as Automatedlogic - Carrier BMS and i-Vu systems for remote monitoring and Remote Support of BMS installations.

    运用Automatedlogic、开利楼宇管理系统(Carrier BMS)及i-Vu系统等先进平台,对楼宇管理系统(BMS)的安装项目进行远程监控与远程支持。

  • Documentation & Training:

    Prepare technical manuals, guides, and troubleshooting documentation for internal teams and clients.  为内部团队及客户编制技术手册、操作指南及故障排查文档。Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with project teams to resolve technical issues and propose system upgrades. Collect and summarize recurring technical problems and report to regional teams for continuous improvement.

    与项目团队紧密协作,解决各类技术问题并提出系统升级方案;收集汇总频发技术问题,向区域团队汇报以推动持续改进。

  • Continuous Development:

    Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

  • Experience: Familiarity with HVAC systems, BMS platforms, and building automation technologies in advance. Less Experience will also be considered as Assistant Technical Support Engineer

  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability, communication skills, and proficiency in interpreting technical diagrams.

  • Others: Willing to work remotely to support Hong Kong Team.
