About the role

Senior Electrical and Electronics Engineering professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. Directs activities in the discipline and represents the organization at external events. Evaluates operating systems, provides technical training, designs electronic components, and develops implementation schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Electrical Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Be responsible for the development and design of hardware such as the main control board of air conditioners and motor drives, including schematic diagrams, PCB Layout, etc.
• Be responsible for the selection and verification of relevant electronic components.
• Be responsible for the trial production of circuit boards, relevant experimental tests, and the debugging of motor drive parameters.
• Compile documents such as the plans of relevant projects, experimental reports, design outputs, and summary reports
• For new employees, training to improve work ability

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Proficient in digital circuits and analog circuits, familiar with mainstream ARM, single-chip microcomputers, and the design of interface peripheral circuits.
• Proficient in commonly used PCB drawing and design software, and skilled in using commonly used hardware development tools.
• Those with experience in developing software for variable frequency and motor (AC, DC) drives will be preferred.
• Familiar with the manufacturing processes of PCB and PCBA.
• Skilled in using commonly used experimental equipment such as oscilloscopes, EMC/EMI electromagnetic compatibility equipment, etc.
• Have passed CET-6 and possess the ability to communicate in spoken English for daily work.
